Gene Knocked Down    Differentially Expressed Contigs

Search for significantly differentially expressed contigs when a specified gene is knocked down. Conditions = RNAi experiment, Comment = TRUE gives differentially expressed genes, Score allows selection of up or down regulated genes. Note that search only works for RNAi conditions and not cell type datasets.
